RACE INFO
The climb begins in La Daille, heading toward Pointe de Picheru, a steep section that will take you all the way to the Grande Sassière Nature Reserve. ⛰️ The route then continues to the traditional village of Le Fornet, before tackling the legendary ascent of the Col de l’Iseran, the highest paved mountain pass in the Alps! One final push and you’ll finally reach Val d’Isère and the finish line! 🏁

No on-site registrations or changes will be accepted for the Trail des 5 Cols.
BIB WITHDRAWAL
Bib collection for the Trail des 5 Cols: information regarding the location and schedule will be announced soon.
Bag checks will take place at the time of bib collection.

REFRESHMENTS
1st refreshment station (full): Le Fornet – 16 km, 1,375 m elevation gain
2nd refreshment station (full): Restaurant la Cascade – 23.5 km, 2,250 m elevation gain
TIME GATES
The time barriers have been calculated to give you the best chance of finishing the race and have been pushed back as far as possible. No runner will be allowed to continue the race beyond these specific times (zero tolerance) for obvious reasons of safety, organisation and to be able to finish within the 9:30 a.m. race time limit. The organisers therefore advise you to manage your race with a certain margin in relation to these cut-off times in order to finish in good conditions.
Cut-off times:
- Le Fornet: 12:30 p.m.
- La Cascade Restaurant: 2:30 p.m.
- Finish: 5:00 p.m.
