For experienced trail runners! The High Trail Vanoise is 67 km with 4100m of ascent 🏔️ With 80% single track, this route will take you over majestic passes, through national parks and nature reserves, for an immersion in the heart of nature. 🌿On the program: the GR5 trail, panoramic views of the highest peaks in the Alps and a passage through the most beautiful villages of Haute Tarentaise and Maurienne🏃

2nd feed station (full) : Restaurant La Cascade – 23.5 km, 2250 d+.
3rd feed station (liquid): Pont de l’Oulietta – 28 km, 2430 d+.
Water source: Thuiliere (La Duis) – 42 km, 2950 d+.
4th feed station (full): Bonneval-sur-Arc – 48.5 km, 2950 d+ climb
5th feed station (full) : Restaurant la Cascade – 56.5 km, 3892 d+ (approx.)
TIME GATES
The time barriers have been calculated to give you the best possible chance of finishing the race, and have been pushed back as far as possible. No runner will be allowed to continue the race beyond these precise times (zero tolerance) for obvious reasons of safety, organization and to be able to finish within the 3:30 p.m. deadline. The organization therefore advises you to manage your race with a certain margin in relation to these barriers to finish in good conditions.
